Today’s athletes are all about speed! Blade training injects speed, power and coordination to your hockey game!
It’s a no-brainer!

Blade Training Facilities

Treadmills are proven to provide athletes with strong conditioning, endurance and versatility. Rain or shine, treadmills offer a diverse range in motion to increase productivity and on ice results.

Modern ingenuity and robotic technology have made treadmill training a necessary component of athletic training. Our treadmills mimic the experience of actually being on ice!

The Training Experience

  • Participants wear skates, shin pads, hockey pants/socks, and bring their stick.

  • Participants are connected to an overhead track and sit in a safety harness.

  • The harness enables training at ultra high speeds and inclines.

  • Each session is 40-50 minutes.

  • A group of 2-4 skaters can participate in each session.

  • Drills focus on gaining a powerful stride, stick handling, puck control, and focus.

  • Instructors make corrections and demonstrate positioning to each skater directly during each drill.
